Group 1 Offering Automated Document Generation Solutions to Address the Growing Interactive Document Market

The new technology is a result of an exclusive distribution and support agreement for North America with Business Document of Paris, France, developer of the system. Business Document and Group 1 have successfully joined forces in a number of client installations across Europe. As a result, new North American customers resulting from this distribution and support agreement can be confident in a fully proven technology.
DOC1 has traditionally been utilized by IT, operations and marketing departments for high-volume batch production of customized documents. With the addition of DOC1 Interactive, Group 1 can now extend the benefits of personalized communications to additional areas of the enterprise, including sales and customer care departments.
